expand London Waterloo Facilities: Lifts out of order
At London Waterloo station.
The lifts will be out of order between Exit Two and Waterloo Road from 08/05/2013 07:01 until further notice.
Additional Information:
The lift at exit 2 between the main station concourse and Waterloo Road / Jubilee Line ticket hall level is currently out of service. The lift controller has unexpectedly failed and our contractor has been unable to source a replacement for the faulty part, which is no longer manufactured. Regrettably the lift will now be out of action for a number of weeks while the control gear is replaced with updated technology.

We are providing assistance to escort passengers via a nearby service lift. On arrival at the station, speak to a member of staff or telephone 020 7922 2545 and please allow a few extra minutes for your journey.

Sorry for any inconvenience this causes you we are working to repair the lift as quickly as possible.
